Female doctors may be put on the wanted list if they do not register with the CCC, warns lawyer

Women with medical or pharmaceutical degrees are required to register with the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) within 60 days of the order coming into effect. If they ignore this requirement, they may be fined, and in some cases, even put on the wanted list.

This was stated by lawyer Kateryna Anishchenko, recalling the updated rules for mobilization registration for women in certain specialties.

According to current legislation, women with medical or pharmaceutical education are subject to mandatory military registration. Even if a woman's information is already automatically entered into the register of those liable for military service, she must still appear in person at the CCC and undergo a medical examination.

If a woman ignores this obligation, an administrative report may be drawn up against her. If a person systematically evades the requirement, she may be put on the wanted list.

So far, there have been no public cases of mass fines of female doctors for failing to register. At the same time, lawyers warn: it is better not to wait for coercive measures and to comply with the requirements of the law in a timely manner.

We remind you that under martial law, the mobilization and accounting system is constantly changing, so you should carefully monitor new regulations.
