The famous Ukrainian actress Olga Sumska shared her experiences regarding the difficult relationship with her sister Natalya Sumska. The conflict between them arose against the background of their daughter Olga's choice to stay in Russia after the start of the war in Ukraine, which led to the severing of family ties.
In an interview with the "Incredible Truth About Stars" program, Olga Sumska said that after the quarrel with her sister, she continues to make attempts to repair the relationship. "I am waiting for this call from her, and if it comes, then I will be happy. I call her periodically. In a dream, I see our meeting, and often," said the actress.
Despite the fact that Olga tries to be the initiator of reconciliation, Natalya does not respond to her attempts. This is confirmed by the situation at the Shevchenko award ceremony, when Natalya did not return to her sister during the solemn ceremony and did not greet her, which became a public moment for discussion. Olga, recalling that moment, noted: "Everyone greets, the sister does not turn her head, and everyone can see it. You can at least nod or something. How can it be perceived? It hurts! I am ready to communicate, I love her as before. This is the person who led me to this profession. This is my second mother."
The situation is complicated by the fact that Olga's son, Vyacheslav Hostikoev, also entered into a conflict with Natalya, condemning her behavior because she remained in Russia. Olga, in turn, supported her daughter, which only increased the tension in the family.
Despite all the difficulties, Olga remains devoted to the idea of restoring relations with her sister, because Natalya has always been an important figure in her life. She hopes that one day they can meet again and resolve all misunderstandings.
