In 2025, the Ukrainian language will be one of the mandatory subjects on the national multi -compartment test (NMT). This decision was confirmed by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEA). The Ukrainian language test will have 30 tasks, the content of which will meet the Ukrainian language program.
The tasks on the test will be different forms: participants have to choose one correct answer from several options or establish a correspondence between logical pairs. In general, the Ukrainian language test will consist of the following types of tasks:
- 10 Tasks with the choice of one correct answer from four options.
- 15 Tasks with the choice of one correct answer of five options.
- 5 Tasks for establishing conformity (logical pairs).
The assessment for the completion of tasks in the Ukrainian language will be charged according to the SEE scheme, that is, 1 test score for each correct answer and a correctly defined logical pair. The maximum number of points that can be obtained for the Ukrainian language test is 45.
The test results will be accessible to the participants after completion of the NMT, and with the help of the test score table of the evaluation of each item will be transferred to the rating scale from 100 to 200 points.
