But at the same time, Mikhail Maslov is the founder and beneficiary of two more companies, which has been well enriched in state tenders in recent times. , 2024, the Kyiv Energy Company LLC "Kyiv Energy Company", which was founded on July 9, 2020, won in September and October 2024 in KP "Vinnytsia Transport Company" tender purchases of electricity totaling 434 million 966 thousand 838 UAH.
In parallel with this Kenk LLC (Kryvyi Rih Energy Company) in May 2023 received a row from the same KP "Vinnytsia Transport Company" worth 151 million 642 thousand 506 hryvnias.
Both and second companies in 2023 paid Michael Maslov Dividend, much larger than the profit of these companies. He received 1,075 000 UAH ($ 28,630) from Kyiv Energy Company LLC, despite the fact that, according to the official financial statements, the Kiev Energy Company graduated 2023 with a profit of 514 thousand 600 UAH, ie $ 13 thousand 700. This is more than 2 times less than the amount of dividends paid by Mikhail Maslov.
According to clause 164.2.20 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the amount of dividends paid in excess of the net profit of the company is taxed 18% + military levy 1.5%, instead, according to our data, this amount Mikhail Maslov taxed on a general taxation system - that is, only 5% to the budget.
In turn, Kank LLC received a net profit of 4 million 919 thousand 200 hryvnias in 2023, ie $ 131 thousand, and Dividends Mikhail Maslov paid 6 million 80 thousand hryvnias (161 917 dollars), ie almost 1.5 times more. Thanks to such manipulations, Maslov saves well on payment of taxes to the state, which apparently allowed him to buy BMW for a quarter of a million US dollars.
At the same time, the journalists of our publication drew attention to the business partner Mikhail Maslov, a well -known energy market Igor Batichek, who was repeatedly accused of "dishonest game" during electricity purchases.
For example, his already mentioned LLC "Kryvyi Rih Energy Company" is regularly won by tenders for the supply of electricity of KP "Vinnytsia Transport Company", despite the complaints of other market participants through the tender conditions clearly registered under one company.
