The weekend brought a slight decrease in gasoline prices at Ukrainian gas stations. As of the beginning of the week, the average price of A-95 gasoline was UAH 55.66/l, which is 1 penny less than on Friday, November 15.
This is evidenced by market monitoring data published by delo.ua.
According to experts' forecasts, during the week ending on November 24, gasoline prices in Ukraine will not undergo significant changes.
It is noted that usually the demand for fuel before the holidays increases by 5-10% compared to the previous months, but this year consumer demand will be lower, so a 10% price increase is expected only in case of unforeseen factors. At the same time, drivers can take advantage of discounts offered by some gas station chains, as special offers on the weekend have become a regular practice for fuel retail.
However, this situation can become a problem for gas station operators, as the habit of refueling on weekends can lead to a lack of customers on weekdays.
According to the "A-95" Consulting Group, on November 18, Ukrainian gas stations sold A-95 gasoline at an average price of UAH 55.66/l, which is 1 kopeck. lower than the previous indicator (November 15). However, the last time the cost of the resource exceeded UAH 55.75/l was on October 24, and therefore such changes can be called no more than minor fluctuations.
The cheapest prices for A-95 gasoline are observed at gas stations such as "Market" (52.99 UAH/l), "Chynnyk" (53 UAH/l) and "Ukr-Petrol" (53.03 UAH/l).
