Against the backdrop of active mobilization in Ukraine, more and more citizens are concerned about whether they are wanted because of failure to appear before the CCC or evasion of military duty. You can avoid unpleasant surprises by checking your status in advance by official and safe methods.
When a person may be wanted
According to the current legislation, a citizen may be wanted in cases:
-
evasion of mobilization;
-
failure to appear by the summons;
-
not relevant data in the CCC;
-
on the basis of a relevant court decision.
Where and how to check whether you are wanted
1. Personal appeal to the shopping center
, but also the most risky way to come to the nearest territorial assembly center. Despite formal simplicity, this option is almost not used because of the possibility of forced delivery of the summons.
2. Appeal to the police
at the police department, you can apply for checking your status in the search database. A Passport or other identity document is required.
3. Online through the site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine maintains a public register of persons who are wanted. You can check if your name is in the list: it is enough to know the name and date of birth.
4. The Reserve+application
in the State Reserve+State Administration may appear with a red strip with the inscription "In search". This indicates that there is an appropriate entry in the TCC base.
5. Due to the action "Action"
another way is to order an extended "criminal record" in "Action". If you are wanted, this will be stated in the document.
The sequence of actions:
-
open the "action";
-
go to the section "Services" → "References and extracts";
-
choose a “criminal record” in extended format;
-
The document will be received during the day.
6. Consultation with a lawyer
The most reliable way is to apply to a lawyer specializing in military law. The lawyer has the right to submit official requests to the CCC or police and receive documentary answers. This protects against erroneous actions and allows you to act on the basis of legal information.
