How to overcome fatigue and restore vital energy

In the modern world, physical and mental stress have reached their maximum, fatigue has become a common companion of many people. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine provides recommendations on combating physical and mental fatigue, emphasizing the importance of sleep, nutrition and physical activity.

Here are six simple ways that can help restore your vital energy.

1. Allocating time for work and rest: it is important to prioritize tasks and not forget about the lunch break. If you feel overwhelmed, ask for help from colleagues. Going for a walk for 20-30 minutes can significantly improve your mood and work capacity.

2. Quality sleep: it is recommended to sleep at least 7 hours for adults, 9-12 hours for children 6-12 years old, and 8-10 hours for teenagers. Before going to bed, you should limit the use of gadgets and watching emotionally charged programs, as well as ventilate the room.

3. Proper nutrition: a balanced diet affects your physical and mental state.

4. Physical activity: regular physical activity should become a part of your life. Walking, running or cycling boosts energy and improves mood. It is recommended to exercise at least 150 minutes a week.

5. Optimism: Positive thinking has a significant impact on your health. Build friendly relationships with colleagues and loved ones, this will help reduce stress.

6. Self-development: engage in hobbies or favorite activities. It not only brings pleasure, but also allows you to distract yourself from everyday worries.

Currently, there are no special medications for the treatment of fatigue, but by changing your daily habits, you can gradually improve the quality of your life. Remember, rest and attention to your own health is the key to overcoming fatigue.
