How Ukrainians will receive 1,000 hryvnias each through Diya: payment details

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine explained the mechanism of charging 1,000 hryvnias to every Ukrainian due to the virtual problem of the "National Cashback". This initiative is called to support the population in conditions of economic difficulties and to contribute to spending on important needs during the winter period.

Oleksiy Sobolev, the First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, said that Ukrainians will receive 1,000 hryvnias per person, regardless of age and social status. These funds can be used during the winter months - December, January and February.

The money will go to the "National Cashback" virtual card, which can be opened through the "Action" application. Sobolev clarified that the funds will be "marked", that is, there is a limited list of directions on which they can be spent.

In addition, Ukrainians will have the opportunity to donate part of the money received to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
