Oleksandr Gorbunenko spent his next birthday in a luxury restaurant in Vienna. For more than a year, he has been internationally wanted as a NABU suspect in schemes at the Odesa Port Plant (OPZ).
In March 2023, NABU announced the disclosure of a criminal organization that in 2019-2021 received UAH 2 billion in illegal profits from controlling the Odesa Port Plant.
