On Sunday, April 27, Ukrainians commemorate the memory of Reverend Stephen, the Abbot of the Kyiv-Pechersk, as well as the Lviv icon of the Mother of God "Odigitria" on the new church calendar. This day is also known as Antipasha or Thomine Sunday. In the people on April 27, they called wires or graves.
In 2023, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine switched to the Nova Lalanian calendar, so the dates of non -transitional holidays shifted to 13 days. However, some of the believers continue to adhere to the old style.
