On Sunday, December 8, Ukrainians will have to adapt to the changing winter weather. As forecaster Natalka Didenko reports, the day will be cloudy and windy, but so far without serious cooling.
In most regions, the daytime temperature will be +1...+5°С. It will be warmer in the south, where +4...+9°С is forecast, and in the Crimea even up to +10...+15°С.
The atmospheric front will bring rain to the western regions, in some places small precipitation will affect the northern regions, Vinnytsia and Odesa. The rest of the territory will remain without significant precipitation.
However, the southeast wind will be quite gusty and may cause discomfort. Its speed will reach 5-12 m/s.
Rain is possible in the capital at night and in the morning, which will stop by noon. The air temperature in Kyiv will reach +3°С. The wind will also be gusty, from the southeast.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, precipitation in the form of sleet and rain, with sleet and icicles in some places awaits Ukrainians in the coming days. The temperature will remain quite high for December: +0...+5°C during the day, up to +11°C in the south, and up to +16°C in the Crimea.
A significant cooling is predicted from December 13-14, so for now you should enjoy a relatively mild winter.
