The Transcarpathian District Administrative Court made an important decision that may affect the mobilization process in Ukraine. The court determined that even persons with armor or deferment from the draft can be mobilized if they have not reported their status to the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC).
The TCC can mobilize even a booked person if he has not reported his reservation.
Such a conclusion was made by the Transcarpathian District Administrative Court. The unfit and armored man filed a lawsuit against the border guards, who detained him at the border and sent him to the TCC, from where he was sent to a military unit.
The man says that complaints against the VLK and the fact that he was on the military register at the TCC as unsuitable were not taken into account
The TCC stated that the man did not inform them about his status, did not provide documents, and there was no information about this in "Oberez".
The court ruled that those who have a reservation or postponement of the draft are obliged to inform themselves about it "by taking active registration actions in the appropriate way with the TCC".
