The Government of Ukraine has announced that until the end of the 2024/2025 heating season, tariffs for a number of communal services, including electricity, gas and heating, will not be increased. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, stressing that the state does not plan to change prices for energy resources until the end of the current heating period.
According to official information, electricity tariffs will remain at the level of UAH 4.32 per 1 kWh until April 30, 2025, since according to Resolution No. 632, prices for household consumers remain unchanged until this time. Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko also confirmed that household electricity prices will not be revised until the end of April next year.
As for gas, in December, Ukrainians will pay for it at the old annual rates. The price of gas for the population within the annual tariffs varies from UAH 7.79 to UAH 9.99 per cubic meter, depending on the supplier company. Monthly gas tariffs can range from UAH 8.46 to UAH 19.3 per cubic meter.
For example, "Energy Trade Group" offers a tariff of 7.799 UAH per cubic meter, and "Naftogaz of Ukraine" - 7.96 UAH. Other companies, such as "Ternopiloblgaz zbut" and "Prykarpaty energo trade", set the tariff at the level of UAH 7.96 and UAH 7.98 per cubic meter, respectively. However, some suppliers, such as "Lvivenergozbut" and "Retail Service", offer significantly higher tariffs, which can be reflected in the monthly bills of consumers.
