In the context of general mobilization in Ukraine, there are a number of grounds that allow conscripts to receive a deferment. One of these grounds is the need to care for a disabled relative who requires outside assistance.
Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan, in a comment for the portal "Yuristy.UA", to which the website "Novosti.LIVE" refers, explained that a man whose wife has a disability of the second group also has the right to a deferral. According to him, in such a situation, the man can submit an application to the territorial recruitment center (TCK), including through the electronic service "Rezerv+".
To confirm the right to a deferral, you must provide:
-
marriage certificate;
-
a document certifying the wife's disability.
Such documents may include: a certificate from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an extract from the decision of the expert commission, a certificate of a person with a disability (pension or social), as well as a certificate for persons with disabilities who are not entitled to a pension or social assistance.
Thus, the wife's disability is officially recognized as a reason for the husband's temporary exemption from mobilization. The main thing is to provide a full package of supporting documents so that the CCC can make a legal decision.
