The Ministry of Health reports a mass cancellation of decisions of medical and social expert commissions (MSEC) regarding disability among officials. As of July 25, 795 decisions were recognized as unfounded.
In total, 2,630 civil servant cases were included in the review. The Center for the Assessment of the Functional State of a Person has already reviewed 1,989 of them.
As a result:

795 decisions of the MSEC were recognized as unfounded and canceled.

New decisions were made in 400 cases, including:

in 307, the disability group was changed;

in 1993, the date of its establishment was changed.

Most cases concern employees:

Customs Service — 810 cases (236 canceled);

Tax Service — 518 cases (154 canceled);

Prosecutor's Office - 448 cases (152 canceled).
The Ministry of Health continues inspections, emphasizing the importance of objective medical assessment and preventing abuse by public servants during martial law.
