Young men, who are 17 years old in 2025, must be on primary military accounting. This applies to anyone who has reached the age of 16 in 2024. Even if there is no summons - you can not ignore the requirement, otherwise you have to pay a fine. When and how are they registered?
The registration is made annually from January to March. The process mainly organizes the school - the class is sent a group of boys to the military enlistment office. If someone is unable to join the organized group, it should appear on their own.
Accounting is maintained for boys from 16 to 25 years. However, a recording to the conscript doctrine does not mean that the guy is mobilized-it can only be done after the age of 25 (unless he is a volunteer or has no military education).
What documents do you need?
It is enough to bring it to be recorded:

There is no need to go through the medical examination - it was postponed at the time when the man becomes a conscript (after 25 years) or if he decides to go to the army voluntarily.

The data automatically fall into the Oberig Register through the Trembita system, and the prescribed certificate can be obtained later.
What is a prescribed certificate?
It is the first military accounting document to indicate that a person is assigned to the conscript site. It is necessary to have it with you or in the application "Reserve+".
Without attributed:

What to do after the registration?
The young man has:

Can mobilize from the age of 18?
Yes, but only in exceptional cases. For example, if a guy has military training or voluntarily decides to serve. In the usual case, mobilization occurs from 25 years.
By the age of 18, boys can leave freely. If you have already attributed, it should be taken with you. Since June 2024, the rule is that data on such persons remain in the registry even after crossing the border.
New exceptions: students of 18-22 years can participate in academic mobility programs and temporarily study abroad.
