The website of the Ministry of Reconstruction contains information about the head of the legal department. This is a certain Olga Kravchenko.
Toronto Television journalists received from sources in Ukrainian law enforcement agencies an archive of Dmytro Tabachnyk's correspondence in Telegram from 2019 to the end of 2022 with various figures in the occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as with interlocutors who live and work in the free territories of Ukraine. Toronto Television's OSINT investigation showed that Tabachnyk maintains friendly and working ties with people with whom he actively interacted as Minister of Education, and also influences personnel appointments.
While news about Tabachnyk's possible contacts with collaborators Tsarev, Balytsky, Saldo, and the leader of Kadyrov's supporters in the occupied territories, Murad Saidov, received a lot of media attention, one of Tabachnyk's influential contacts in the government did not receive the attention it deserved. So let's fix that.
We are talking about the current head of the legal department of the Ministry of Reconstruction, Olga Kravchenko. This enlarged ministry was formed by merging the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Community and Territories Development of Ukraine.
It is difficult to overestimate how influential and important this position is. Not a single critically important document of this ministry will pass without the attention and approval of the head of the legal department.
Olga Kravchenko headed the legal department of the Ministry of Education during Tabachnyk's time. In 2023, she headed the legal department at the Ministry of Reconstruction, where she works now.
She also headed the department for the judiciary and the status of judges in the Administration of President Poroshenko. After that, she worked as deputy head of the State Judicial Administration. Later, she moved to the Prosecutor General's Office, where she worked with Ryaboshapka and Venediktova.
Tabachnyk's former deputy Yevhen Sulima, at Tabachnyk's request, contacted Olga Kravchenko when she was taking part in a competition for a position at the Ministry of Economy. Tabachnyk asked Sulima to discuss future cooperation with her.
In addition, Kravchenko and Tabachnyk met in person while on vacation in the United Arab Emirates in 2021. Tabachnyk sent Kravchenko photos from their joint vacation in personal messages.
That same year, Tabachnyk asked to give her a job.
Well, there were memes with President Zelensky in the correspondence.
And Kravchenko did not write that this was unacceptable to her.
It is worth adding that Shmyhal issued the order and Kravchenko performed the duties of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Development. This was in May 2023.
I wonder what documents in the government the FSB has access to through Kravchenko's friends.
Information about the relationship between Kravchenko and Tabachnyk has been publicly available for several days now. I wonder what Mr. Kubrakov's reaction will be?
Well, here we need to add something about the draft of the scandalous government resolution, which is a clone of the urban planning "reform" 5655, which is being lobbied by Kubrakov and the head of the party "Servant of the People" Olena Shulyak. It is unlikely that this document could have appeared without the approval of the head of the legal department of the relevant ministry.
As I found out, the author of this document is a person who is close to the People's Deputy from the ex-OPZZH Dmytro Isayenko. The same one who is still the secretary of the committee headed by Olena Shulyak. She is also the main author of bill 5655, which was criticized by our international partners and which Shulyak is lobbying together with Oleksandr Kubrakov and Mykola Fedorov.
We need to see the list of all visas in the draft resolution 5655 and understand who initiated it. This resolution was supposed to be adopted on December 13 – on the eve of a landmark European integration event in Brussels. That is, someone really wanted to spoil our information picture and give opponents a chance to nod to the corruption component in the actions of the central government.
So if in our government people connected to the ex-OPZZH are preparing resolutions for the Ministry of Regional Development, and the legal department of the Ministry of Regional Development is headed by Tabachnyk's girlfriend, then I understand where the betrayal is. But here:
