In Ukraine, checking the grounds for delay from mobilization continues. According to lawyer Vladislav Deriy in the material for the portal "Lawyers.ua", territorial centers of completion (TCC) not only provide deferrals, but also regularly check the legality of the reasons on which they were issued.
Despite the fact that the deferral continues automatically, it is not indefinite - its action can be stopped immediately after the loss of the corresponding grounds. If the conscript is no longer meet the criteria, the commission at the CCC has the right to cancel the deferral within seven days from the moment of detection of such circumstances.
If it is impossible to check the existence of grounds for delay for objective reasons (for example, due to the lack of access to individual registers or changes in the place of work), the Tax Code has the right to apply to the conscript itself to provide the necessary supporting documents. This is stated in a comment to lawyer Aivazian.
Communications with a citizen are made in any available way: by phone, e-mail or through official letters.
Lawyers emphasize that persons who have legitimate grounds for deferral should be ready to confirm them at any time. Otherwise, the status may be lost, and further ignoring the requirements of the CCC is equated with a violation of military duty.
