Vadym Stolar and "unknown Russians" are behind the manipulations with the lands of the Zhovten sanatorium in Koncha Zaspa worth a billion hryvnias

According to our sources in the KMDA, Vadym Stolar is behind the illegal alienation of the land plot of the Zhovten sanatorium in Koncha Zaspa. It was Vadym Stolar's people who lobbied for all the decisions necessary for the seizure of land in the interests of "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS" LLC, which is associated with Boris Kaufman and "unnamed Russians".

We are talking about the transfer to LLC "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS" of a plot of land with an area of 7.91 hectares with cadastral number 8000000000:90:400:0006, located on 27 km of the Stolichny highway in the Holosiiv district of Kyiv, in the elite Koncha-Zaspa. The land belongs to the "Zhovten" sanatorium and was alienated according to a fraudulent scheme, when a plot of land with a market value of about 1 billion hryvnias was transferred to the builders, allegedly due to the repair of one of the buildings. Later, the "rights" to the plot were transferred to "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS" LLC.

The owners of "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS" are the Cypriot offshore company "MEKUDA LIMITED" and the citizen of Cyprus Christina Sofokleus, registered at the address: Cyprus, 1043, Limassol, Germasogeia, Giasemion, 4, apartment 21. Father Andreas Sofokleus, also a citizen of Cyprus and owner of the law company " Sophokleus and Partners", located at 36-D Saksaganskoho Street, is a partner of Boris Kaufman on a number of projects .

The company "Sofokleus and Partners" specializes in offshored businesses and legalization of income received by unconfirmed means. Currently, the company works both in Ukraine and in Russia , helping some Ukrainian ex-officials to transfer business to both Europe and the Russian Federation.

Boris Kaufman, as well as Vadym Stolar, have stable business ties with the Russian Federation, which remain operational, despite the full-scale invasion of Russia on the territory of Ukraine in 2022.

Thus, the long-term partner of Boris Kaufman in the tobacco business remains , despite the official sale of the stake in 2016, the Russian "arms baron" Igor Kesaev, owner of the Russian military plant named after Degtyarev. Kesaev also heads the charity fund "Monolit", which supports employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation, in particular, those released into reserve, and their family members. Strictly speaking, in addition to the well-known connections with Kesaev, Boris Kaufman positions himself as a "representative of Russian business" in Ukraine.

Vadym Stolar, who, according to our sources in the KMDA, lobbied for the illegal alienation of the land plot of the Zhovten sanatorium in Koncha Zaspa, in 2023 sold the capital's Parus "pound" business center to the Orthodox oligarch Konstantin Malofeev - Maksym Krippi . Maxim Krippa has represented Malofeev's interests for many years, and after the introduction of sanctions , he became his "pound" through which Malofeev buys up assets. Another reason why most of the oligarch's assets are registered in "pounds" like Crippa is the legal process and distribution of property in the Russian Federation due to Malofeev's divorce from his wife.

Earlier, Kostyantyn Malofeev, through a company formally owned by Maksym Krippi, bought an estate in Koncha Zaspa for 311 million hryvnias .
