The ban on pharmacy marketplaces does not correspond to reality

The Ukrainian "Pharmacy Professional Association" has refuted the myths and misunderstandings that have arisen regarding possible changes to the conditions for the electronic trade of medicines in Ukraine. Statements by some experts about a possible ban on price aggregators and marketplaces are untrue, the association said.

APAU made a statement that the information disseminated about the ban on price aggregators and marketplaces is manipulation and misleads consumers.

In the event of changes in the license terms, these platforms do not prohibit the operation of these platforms, but they require obtaining a license in order to engage in this type of activity. This will allow users to access information.
