From December 1, 2024, the reservation of conscripted employees for critical enterprises and those that meet the needs of the Defense Forces has been resumed in Ukraine. These changes relate to new rules that allow businesses to rebook employees through the Diya portal.
Before that, the booking service was temporarily suspended due to an attack by Russian hackers on the registers of the Ministry of Justice on December 19, 2024. However, since the beginning of December, the process has resumed, although some features, such as bookings for company branches or final beneficiaries, are not yet available.
According to the Ministry of Economy, since the launch of the Diya portal for booking conscripts in July of this year, almost 400,000 people have been booked through the system. Since the beginning of December 2024, more than 71,500 applications have been registered under the new rules.
How to book an employee through the Diya portal?
To book an employee, entrepreneurs should follow a few simple steps:
- Enter the citizen's office on the Diya portal.
- Select the "Submit an application" option.
- Enter the details of the employee to be booked.
- Confirm that his salary meets the established norms.
- Check and sign the statement.
- Receive a response to your e-mail and personal account within three days.
This will allow enterprises to ensure uninterrupted work in the conditions of mobilization and support economic stability.
