Bilding Tim, which rents a land plot on Veliky Vasylkivska Street near the Libidskaya metro station, is running a legal fight against the Kyiv City State Administration. In 2023, it received town planning conditions and restrictions (MOOs), which allowed to build only a 7-storey building. However, the developer later decided to change the conditions - and to achieve permission to build 19 floors.
The KSCA refused to satisfy this application. Therefore, Bilding Tim sued. The decision of the first instance was on the side of the company, obliging the capital administration to re -consider the issue and actually open the door to view the permitted altitude.
Bilding Tim Company is not a new way in the field of development. It is connected with the Continium group, which unites the assets of such famous persons as MP Stepan Ivakhiv and former MP Viktor Pylypyshyn. Their companies have repeatedly become involved in investigations related to land fraud, construction in green areas and attempts to build communities.
Nevertheless, the group continues to actively operate in the real estate market, often using legal mechanisms for pressure on the city government and changes in the already agreed construction parameters. The case about building on the Great Vasylkivska can still be appealed.
At the same time, the experts in the mistress have repeatedly emphasized that increasing the height of projects in the central areas of the city has a significant impact on the transport load, infrastructure and comfort of residents, and should be considered only taking into account the master plan.
