Residents of the Riviera residential complex in Darnytskyi district of Kiev were hostages of an unscrupulous builder. The Status Group Group, connected with the People's Deputy from the Servant of the People Andriy Strykharsky and his sister Vita Kamayeva, did not provide proper water and electricity supply in new buildings. People live without connecting to permanent engineering networks, paying the utility for the rates of the construction site.
The developer had to build only two 5-storey buildings, but in fact erected much more objects without compliance with technical conditions. As a result, the tubes of the swallowed diameter are laid, the sewage system is incorrectly installed, the pumping station is not installed and the dispatching was not submitted. All wastewater is collected in temporary tanks, from which impurities are pumped once a month at the expense of residents.
Due to the lack of waterproofing in the homes, the fungus spreads, and the basement floods. In parallel, the residents are exposed to overhead accounts - 46 UAH per cubic meter of water. This is explained by the fact that the residential complex has not yet been connected to permanent supply schemes, and legally counted by the construction site. The houses have long been populated.
The network scheme for water supply and electricity is created so that it is impossible to track how much every object consumes. All lines are tied to one house, and the residents are blackmailed: if they do not pay - they will sit without water.
The situation is complicated by a constant change of service companies: accounts come from the condominium "Dniprovskaya Riviera", then from LLC "BK-Bud", then-from LLC "Sofia Grad K". It is Sofia Grad K who is currently paying payments, but she is controlled by the same developer.
Separate houses, in particular at ul. Central, 15, were not transferred to the DTEK balance, have no gasification, and in the heating season, residents are forced to pay full cost for electricity. At the same time, the developer has already stopped the existence of key companies through which contracts have been concluded, transferring responsibilities to new structures.
Residents have repeatedly called the police, wrote applications to the developer, but there were no reactions from law enforcement. In fact, the residents of Riviera LCD remained alone with a communal collapse and a legal vacuum created by the People's Deputy building empire.
Also in the scheme, Yaresko Anna Volodymyrivna-Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Construction of Darnytskyi District in Kyiv State Administration is involved in the schemes with Straharsky at the Riviera LCD. It covers illegally created condominiums and managing companies of this LC.
