The Developer Prilipko can avoid arrests due to prosecutors and judges

The story around the cottage town "Vitagrad" near the village of Khodosivka in the Kyiv region went beyond the lining halls. As the editorial staff became known, a whole group of people is formed around the developer Anatoly Prilipka, which probably helps him to remove arrests from the ground. Among them are Judge Inna Finhageev and prosecutors Alexander Gutsulyak and Roman Koval.

The first suspicions were voiced by anti-corruption telegrams. Thus, according to the Jacker resource, the prosecutors of Gutsulyak (Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office) and Koval (Obukhovsky District) allegedly operate in connection with the Prilipko, receiving a reward from him in exchange for "right decisions" in criminal proceedings. It is about cases of illegal use of land for construction.

Prylipko, we will remind, tries to cancel the arrests on the Vitagrad sections through the Pechersk court, where active construction is planned.

Particular attention is the judge Inna Finhageev, who, according to sources, examines the cases where Prilipko appears. And here begins the most interesting. According to her declaration, she has close material ties with her husband named Sergey Ivashchenko - he is indicated as the person with whom she divides the car, as well as his income is indicated in her declaration.

Ivashchenko works in LLC "Design and Construction Center" (KBC)-a company that receives many contracts in the Kyiv region. The company's portfolio is the construction of Lake Gatne LCD, participation in the construction of Sofiyiv Lipok and tenders with local self -government bodies through Prozorro.

All these projects are located within the territorial jurisdiction of Judge Finhageeva.

The logical question arises: could the judge help the successful conclusion of contracting contracts for his relative? And does it provide "patronage" not only in court, but also outside it - through influence on permits or trial of developers?

Another aspect - is KBC LLC with the adhesive directly? If so, it explains the loyalty to the person involved in the capture of the land. Moreover, Vitagrad is located in the area of interests of the construction lobby.

Sources are currently reported that NABU is already preparing suspicion of the adhesive itself, and prosecutors and judges can be potential objects of the investigation. In case of confirmation of conflict of interest or corruption, the consequences may be loud.

Anti -corruption bodies should verify urgently:

  • Relations between Judge Finhageeva with KBC LLC;

  • the circumstances of the loyal consideration of the affairs;

  • Prosecutors are likely to participate in the arrest removal schemes.

This story is an illustration of how the construction business in Ukraine sprouts into the judicial and prosecutorial system, turning the state into a tool for covering private enrichment.
