Mysterious death in the Odesa region: the police began an investigation

In the Odesa region, on the territory of the Avangard community, the body of a woman with signs of violent death was found. This was reported by the police of the region, confirming the beginning of the investigation into the fact of intentional murder.

The body of the deceased was found on the road. A local resident contacted the police, after which law enforcement officers and experts arrived at the scene.

"...The police found the body of an unidentified woman with signs of violent death. To determine the cause of death, it will be sent for a forensic medical examination," the police said in a statement.

Dog handlers, investigators and operatives are working at the scene of the incident. Currently, the collection of evidence and clarification of the details of the incident is ongoing.

It was decided to enter information on the fact of the find into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 1 Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for responsibility for intentional murder.

The identity of the deceased has not yet been established. The forensic examination should determine the exact cause of death and possibly shed light on the circumstances of the tragedy.

Police are asking the public to come forward with any information that could assist in the investigation of this crime.
