Famous Lviv smuggler Oleksandr Svishchev, nicknamed Sasha Sedoi "together with Tomasz Fiala, became a co -owner of 13 mineral waters in Western Ukraine.
Oleksandr Svishchev, who is currently positioning himself as a businessman and philanthropist, together with Grigory Kozlovsky continues to smuggling tobacco. But thanks to the partnership with Tomasz Fial, instead of the NSDC sanctions, he received access to mineral water deposits and builds his own monopoly on the market.
