In order to improve the results on the battlefield, in 2024 we must focus our main efforts on three areas, - Zaluzhny
– creation of a system of providing the Armed Forces with high-tech assets;
– a new philosophy of training and warfare, which takes into account limitations in resources and methods of their use;
- development of new combat capabilities.
This will allow using fewer resources to inflict maximum damage on the enemy, stop aggression and protect Ukraine from it in the future.

– drones are the best way for Ukraine to avoid getting involved in a positional war in which we do not have an advantage;
- we need to admit: Russia has a significant advantage in human resources, and Ukraine is not able to mobilize without unpopular measures.
-we are bound by bad legislation and the monopolization of the defense industry.
-we must deal with cuts in military support from key allies while dealing with our own political tensions;
- Russia, considering how the events in the Middle East diverted the attention of the international community, may try to provoke new conflicts in other places;
- the number one priority is mastering the entire arsenal of cheap, modern and highly efficient UAVs and other technological means;
- it is about the creation of a completely new state system of technological rearmament. We think that the creation of such a system can be achieved in five months.
