Zaporizhzhya businessman Oleg Mitrokhin, who positions himself as a volunteer and is a contractor of the Ministry of Defense, was in the center of a high -profile scandal. According to the investigation, he led $ 70 million of illegal funds through the Bulgarian gasket, which was issued for his mother-in-law Lyudmila Gogolko. At the same time, his Micks and Yugstal companies win the Multi -million dollar tenders of the Ministry of Defense according to dubious schemes.
Mitrokhin has been providing a military uniform for the Armed Forces since 2014. He received awards from the Ministry of Defense, which allowed him to create the image of the benefactor. However, in 2025 (less than three months), the MIK won seven public procurement for UAH 407.6 million, which raises the issue of transparency of procedures.
Among the tenders that cause special attention, there are two:

Purchase of helmets. The Mick was won, although it is not a manufacturer of the product. It was represented by Yukatorg LLC, which in 2024 was already destined with the state operator of the rear due to the abolition of bidding for the same covers.

Purchase of winter jackets. In the final round, the Mick and the little -known "Pakocottorg", which participated 16 times, participated in tenders and never won. It was founded only in 2024 in Zaporozhye, has the authorized capital of 10 thousand hryvnias, which calls into question its financial capacity.
The close relationship of these companies is traced in another purchase - a wire fence. Pokapttorg allegedly competed with Yugstal, which also owns Mitrokhin. As a result, Pokapttorg was disqualified and the victory was won.
Mitrokhin is not the only figure in this story. His son Artem Mitrokhin is the director of four and the owner of six companies operating in the field of military and equipment supply.
Artem Mitrokhin is also an assistant to People's Deputy Gennady Kasayai, who is suspected of corruption schemes related to JSC "Motor Sich". It is also mentioned in the anti -corruption investigation of the "servant of the jackets", which exposed the shadow schemes of procurement of the Ministry of Defense.
It is noteworthy that the public reception room is located in the office of Mitrokhin in Kiev on the street. Nivska, which testifies to their close cooperation.
Although Mitrokhin positions himself as a volunteer, his lifestyle testifies to another. With the beginning of the war, he moved to Transcarpathia, from where he publishes a photo of a holiday with his friends.
His real estate is decorated on the son of Artem, who has seven land plots and five real estate objects. Businessman's wife, Alina Mitrokhin, is the owner of the elite beauty salon A2 Aesthetics and can afford expensive travel and resorts.
Another interesting detail is the companies through which financial frauds were conducted.
Mitrokhin's mother -in -law, Lyudmila Gogolenko, has two companies in Bulgaria - Viktor Invest and Press Effect. According to the investigation, $ 70 million of illegal funds were withdrawn through these structures.
Lyudmila Gogolenko lives in a luxurious estate in the Obukhiv district of Kyiv region, which again confirms the opaque sources of family income.
Oleg Mitrokhin and his companies are already being analyzed by anti -corruption activists. It is obvious that his tender victories, schemes with gaskets and ties with people's deputies should attract the attention of law enforcement.
However, the main question remains open: will suspicious agreements be investigated or the volunteer image will again cover the shadow flows of budget funds?
