The founder of the "Transformation Office" Maksym Bakhmatov turned out to be a dollar millionaire

This is evidenced by the declaration submitted by him to the NAKC for 2022.

According to the NAZK report, Bakhmatov has 605,000 dollars and 200,000 euros in cash. In addition, he declared another 100,000 cash dollars for his wife, and 50,000 dollars for his mother.

The declaration also states that at the end of the first year of the military conflict, the anti-corruption officer bought an apartment in Kyiv worth about 1.7 million hryvnias.

In addition, Maksym Bakhmatov has a land plot in Kyiv with an area of ​​10 acres, a house with an area of ​​almost 400 square meters. m and two non-residential premises. Bakhmatov bought all this real estate in 2021.

The public organization "Transformation Office" was registered on November 23, 2020. The goal of the organization is to increase the efficiency of state and communal organizations and transform the system of reporting and responsibility of local authorities.

Bakhmatov submitted his candidacy for the head of the anti-corruption department of the KMDA. However, during the interview, it became clear that he was involved in at least two criminal cases and did not show all of his income in the declaration.

In addition, Bakhmatov could not answer a number of questions. In particular, as a salary of 12 thousand hryvnias, he plans to refuel his Porsche Panamera, in which he came to the interview.
