The Deputy Head of the Department in the Department of International Cooperation and Protocol of Odessa Regional State Administration, Jan Alekseev, was at the center of the scandal due to the inaccurate declaration of property in the amount of UAH 2.4 million. This information was obtained as a result of verification by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACC) of Declarations for 2021.
Alekseeva declared the apartment of Kadorr-Kamenina LLC 45.8 square meters. m, but did not indicate its value. According to the documents, the cost of this apartment is UAH 1.13 million (or $ 41.37 thousand). The declaration also stated that the woman is a co -owner of another apartment with an area of 68.5 square meters. m, but these data do not match the documents.
Another problem was the not declared amount of income - UAH 740 thousand, which, according to her, she received from her mother to purchase an apartment. However, the documents indicate that she paid for the home.
In addition, the declaration did not specify one -time expenses in the amount of UAH 529.55 thousand, although these expenditures have official confirmation.
In general, according to the results of the declaration, the NAPC found a discrepancy of UAH 2.4 million. According to these facts, a report on the signs of criminal violation under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was drawn up.
It should be noted that in April 2024, Alekseeva issued UAH 1.36 million from a citizen of Dmitry Petrovich near, which may be associated with the avoidance of civilian confiscation of property in case of declaring suspicion of NABU.
