The Deputy Head of the Department of the Odessa Regional State Administration (Regional State Administration) Jan Alekseev is suspected of concealment of property in the amount of UAH 2.4 million. Law enforcement officers found numerous discrepancies in its declarations, which may indicate corruption.

Alekseeva declared the apartment of Kadorr-Kamanina LLC with an area of 45.8 square meters. m, but did not indicate its value. According to the documents, this apartment costs $ 41.37 thousand, which is responsible for UAH 1.13 million. However, the declaration does not have this information, which is a serious violation.
In the declaration for 2021, when Alekseev was the chief specialist, it was stated that another apartment with an area of 68.5 square meters. m belongs to it on the right of joint ownership. However, these data do not comply with official documents confirming the property of real estate.
In addition, Yana Alekseeva did not specify an income of UAH 740 thousand, which she received from her mother to buy an apartment. According to the documents, these funds were not from the mother, but from Alexei herself, which also indicates the inaccuracy of information in the declaration.
The declaration also lacked information on one -time expenses in the amount of UAH 529.55 thousand, which, according to official data, is confirmed by financial documents.
In general, the discrepancies found in the Declaration of Alekseeva for the amount of UAH 2.4 million became the basis for the NACC report on signs of criminal violation under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code.
Interestingly, last April Alekseeva issued UAH 1.36 million from citizen Dmitry Petrovich pain. This may be due to the need to avoid civilian confiscation of property if NABU declares suspicion of illegal receipt of funds.
