Oleksandr Udovichenko, deputy director of the DBR, does not have his own home, so he lives with his aunt

According to an investigation by hromadske journalists, the deputy director of the State Bureau of Investigation Oleksandr Udovychenko lives in the elite residential complex Regent Hill in Kyiv, where the cost of his apartment is 900,000 dollars. However, there is no mention of this real estate in the official declaration of the official.

According to the declaration, the official rents an apartment in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv near the "Vasylkivska" metro station in the elite Park Avenue VIP residential complex.

However, the journalists managed to record an official Toyota Camry with cover plates, which was leaving the parking lot of the Regent Hill residential complex in Pechersk, and in 10 minutes it drove into the building of the DBR.

Oleksandr Udovichenko himself has no real estate either in Regent Hill residential complex or in the capital, the journalists note. At the same time, the apartment in the Regent Hill residential complex was registered to a close relative of Oleksandr Udovichenko's wife - Khrystyna Kopach. This relative, Iryna Kopach, is most likely the woman's aunt.

An apartment in the Regent Hill residential complex with an area of 125 square meters was bought in October 2022. The market value of real estate of this size in the specified residential complex starts from 37,000,000 hryvnias - 900,000 dollars. Iryna Kopach lives in Odessa and works as a cosmetologist.
