Deputy Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Serhiy Liseuk, who holds one of the key positions in the fiscal supervision system, did not indicate any property in the declaration for 2024. Nevertheless, he earned more than UAH 642 thousand in a year, but did not declare neither housing, land, no car.
According to a document published by the edition 368.Media , Liseuk uses an apartment in Lutsk with an area of 67.7 m² owned by Natalia Trush. However, even this "use" is based only on the fact of registration of residence. In other words, formally the official lives in foreign living and has no ownership.
Although real estate, cars, monetary assets or other movable property are absent, Liseiuk conducted three exchange transactions with securities in 2024 (June 21, June 26 and December 4), and twice issued loans - December 2 and 4. All this is in the absence of declared cash or bank deposits.
In doing so, he owns accounts with PrivatBank and Bank Universal, but there are no data on balances or funds.
Liseuk indicated that he did not hold high -corruption positions, despite the status of the deputy chairman of the DPS - one of the key state structures in the financial system. The declaration also lacks family members to be declared.
We will add that the official is a member of the National Bar Association of Ukraine, which provides for basic legal knowledge, in particular regarding the obligation of full declaration of assets.
