Deputy Klitschka Andronnov accused Vitrenko's deputy of political manipulation around the Kyiv budget

Against the background of preparation for the nearest budget session in the Kyiv City State Administration (KSCA), the conflict between the deputy chairman of the KSCA Vladislav Andronov and the deputy of Kyiv City Council Yuriy Vitrenko. The reason was the latter's statement about the alleged priority financing of parks and squares in the budget-2025 project.

In response, Andronov stated that such statements are political manipulation that has nothing to do with reality. According to him, the budget project is aimed at meeting the critical needs of the city - including major repairs of social objects, restoration of infrastructure, creation of a barrier environment and sheltering.

Among the planned costs:

  • 475 million UAH - for repairs of facades and foundations in the housing stock and social education institutions

  • 344 million UAH - for the modernization of elevators

  • 261.6 million UAH - for overhaul of civil protection shelters

  • 311.5 million UAH - to replace windows and doors in houses and social facilities

  • 200 million UAH-for housing for orphans

  • 900 million UAH - for replenishment of the authorized capital of PJSC “KHK“ Kyivmiskbud ”

  • 100 million UAH - for rehabilitation equipment

  • 200 million UAH - for the Kiev digital program

Andronov stressed that there is no point about "parks and squares", as Vitrenko claimed, in the budget project.

“Why do you deliberately mislead residents of the city? Your goal is political - to destabilize Kiev's life support, ”the KSCA Deputy Chairman said.

We will remind, Yuri Vitrenko has previously publicly criticized the project of the budget-2025, stating that the priorities set out incorrectly. Andronov instead assures that the funds will only go to critically important directions.
