The deputy mayor of Kharkiv on digital transformation, Sergei Kuzmin owns 40 hectares of land in the suburbs of Kiev, three cars, cash of $ 300,000 and uses two apartments, without specifying the grounds for this use. These are the data on his declaration, which raises a number of questions about the transparency of the official income and ties.
Kuzmin owns 50 land plots in the village of Bigorodka, Buchan district, Kyiv region, with a total area of more than 40 hectares. All the plots were purchased in 2007-2009, that is, before his career in public service. According to the last monetary valuation, their total value is about 600 thousand hryvnias.
The declaration also stated that the official uses a 204.7 m² apartment in Kiev free of charge, which is owned by Olena Kushnaryova, and another apartment in Kharkiv, which is decorated on Anna Watervoy. The status of these relationships is not revealed, which may indicate undeclared agreements or a potential conflict of interest.
The real estate also lists the garage in Evpatoria, purchased in 2003. Its value is not specified, but access to the object, given the occupation of Crimea, is doubtful.
