According to our sources, it is because of the former graduates of Kamianets-Podilskyi Military Lyceum that Vadim Zhurakovsky implements a scheme for raising funds in cryptocurrency with the avoidance of mobilization of military. Money is accumulated on cryptoamants, which complicates their tracking.
At the same time, with the appointment to the post in the Ministry of Defense, Vadim Zhurakovsky gathered a major business of Khmelnytskyi and stated that they have to send 10% of servicemen for conscripts every month.
