Men detained at the border, who are wanted by military commissars, will be sent to the TCC

In the Chernivtsi region, men detained at the border who try to illegally cross the state border will be sent immediately to the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC), if they are wanted by the military commissions as evaders.

This decision was announced by the assistant chief of the local border detachment Igor Zarudnev.

"Previously, for all violators who tried to cross the border illegally, employees drew up a report on administrative violations and sent them to the court, which decided what punishment to choose. Now it is clearly stated that if a person is wanted "behind the TCC line", the border guards will hand him over to the police, and the police will take him directly to the TCC," said Zarudnev.

Such a norm is prescribed in a new resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. That is, it will extend to other areas of the border.

It should be noted that now this practice actually applies to all conscripted men who are detained in the border zone. Even if the person is not wanted.
