A border guard in Transcarpathia, having noticed two violators, fired two warning shots into the air, but this did not stop them. When help arrived, the attackers had already crossed the state border of Ukraine and stolen a weapon from a DPSU employee.
The incident occurred in the section of the "Dilove" OVS — the "Bohdan" OIPS. According to the message of journalist Vitaly Glagola in the Telegram channel, two men who tried to illegally cross the border between Ukraine and Romania, after discovering themselves through a signal mine, attacked one of the border guards.
"After the border guard noticed two men near the border, he fired two warning shots into the air. However, instead of stopping, the violators attacked the border guard and took the Fort 12 R pistol from him. During the escape, the violators fired five shots in the direction of the border guard, but, fortunately, they did not hit," Glagola said. 
According to the reporter, the perpetrators managed to avoid being caught by the border guards and fled across the state border together with the weapons before help arrived.
The incident is currently under investigation. The police of the Transcarpathian region have so far refrained from commenting on this event, however, the topic of violation of the state border was noted in the reports of law enforcement officers over the last day.
In particular, the law enforcement officers searched the organizers of the scheme of illegal transportation of conscripts across the state border. According to operational data, shipping channels functioned in the Tyachiv and Berehiv districts, using both land and water routes using boats.
During the search of the suspects, law enforcement officers discovered and seized four rubber boats and their oars, binoculars, seven luxury cars, 12 mobile phones and an amount of currency.
Meanwhile, the number of people trying to avoid conscription remains stable, and frequent attempts to avoid mobilization, such as crossing the Tisza River, end tragically: many conscripts die.
