Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the Verkhovna Rada, where he announced the creation of a new “Resilience Plan.” However, as reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the plan itself has only been announced, and its detailed presentation is expected in December of this year.
Overall, according to Zheleznyak, the speech "had a lot of water." The speech was not broadcast.
The People's Deputy cites the president's main theses:
– “We do not trade security or sovereignty. We will not give up the rights to our entire territory”;
– there will be no elections until the end of the war;
– there will be no reduction in the mobilization age. “But we will offer contracts with a motivational package to those who have not reached mobilization age,” adds People's Deputy Honcharenko;
– the Ministry of Unification of Ukraine will be created, and a candidate for the minister will be presented by the end of the year;
– in March 2025, pensions will be indexed to the level of inflation;
– a law on multiple citizenship is planned;
– the task has been set to produce 3,000 cruise missiles next year;
– a military ombudsman and a Technological Headquarters will appear;
– direct funds for brigades should be increased;
– by the end of the year, all vacancies for Ukrainian ambassadors will be filled and there will be replacements in the G7 countries;
– Zelensky initiates the creation of a “cultural Ramstein”;
– next year, “veteran assistants” will appear – 11,000 specialists supporting veterans;
– they want to create departments of Ukrainian studies at foreign universities;
– “The time of the Moscow church is over.”.
