The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, announced preparations for the 25th meeting in the Ramstein format, which will take place on October 12. According to him, a victory plan will be presented at this meeting, which will contain clear and concrete steps for a just end to the war.
"We are preparing for "Rammstein" on October 12. This will be the 25th meeting, but the first at the leader level. We will present a victory plan, clear, concrete steps towards a fair end to the war," Zelenskyi said, stressing the importance of the determination of international partners and the strengthening of Ukraine to stop Russian aggression.
Recently, a representative of the US State Department, Matthew Miller, said that the US has reviewed Ukraine's plan and sees it as "productive steps." However, as Miller noted, the US is currently refraining from discussing the details of this plan, as Ukraine has not yet made them public.
