On February 11, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, conducted a reorganization of the leadership in various components of the country's Armed Forces. This information is published in official decrees on the website of the president.

Ground Forces Lieutenant-General Pavlyuk Oleksandr Oleksiyovych was appointed commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the President's decision. The day before, on February 10, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Oleksandr Pavlyuk from the post of First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine. The mass media reported that Pavlyuk may assume the post of commander of the Ground Forces instead of Oleksandr Syrskyi, who was appointed commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces. Oleksandr Pavlyuk is a lieutenant general of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a Hero of Ukraine, before that he was the first deputy minister of defense. In the spring of 2022, he headed the Kyiv OVA, was responsible for the defense of the Kyiv region. Before the full-scale invasion, he commanded the Combined Forces Operation. In 2014, he became the commander of the 24th OMBr, which distinguished itself during the liberation of Sloviansk, Siversk, and Lysychansk.

Joint forces to replace Serhii Ivanovich Naev, who was dismissed from the post of commander of the joint forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, appointed Yury Ivanovich Sodol. Yuriy Sodol was the commander of the Marine Corps, Hero of Ukraine. At war since 2014. At that time, he was the commander of the 25th separate airborne brigade, with which he visited the hottest spots, liberating Ukrainian cities. Airborne assault troops After the dismissal of Maksym Viktorovych Myrhorodsky from the position of commander of the Airborne assault troops of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the president appointed Ihor Anatoliyovych Skybyuk to this position. Territorial Defense Forces Ihor Viktorovych Plahuta became the Commander of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces by the decision of President Zelenskyi. Ihor Plahuta held the post of deputy commander of the "Khortytsya" OSU.
