Zelensky cancels visits to Spain and Portugal due to the offensive of Russian troops in the Kharkiv region

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi canceled his planned visits to Spain and Portugal in connection with the offensive of Russian troops in the Kharkiv region. This was reported by the Spanish agency EFE with reference to sources.

It is stated that the cancellation is related to "the difficult situation that his country is experiencing in the face of the Russian offensive".

The publication also writes about the cancellation of the visit "for security reasons".

The mass media reports that Zelensky was going to meet Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in Madrid to sign a security agreement. But now this signing is being postponed.
