The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said that the country's victory plan, in addition to five open points, also includes a classified part. He stated this during a meeting at the European Union summit, noting that Ukraine first of all needs help in implementing these sensitive aspects.
Zelensky emphasized that some sections of the document are of a secret nature and relate to important issues, in particular, permission to use long-range weapons. "We will, of course, use our own weapons and capabilities, but it is very important that our partners also think about how they can help us and continue this support," the president said.
He called on international partners to provide Ukraine with the necessary assistance as soon as possible to implement these sensitive issues, which are critically important for further progress in the fight against aggression.
We will remind that on October 17, Volodymyr Zelenskyi arrived at the European Union summit, where he was met by the President of the European Council, Charles Michel. This meeting is an important stage in strengthening Ukraine's cooperation with the EU and obtaining support for the implementation of the victory plan.
