Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the country's victory plan, in addition to five open points, also includes a classified part. He stated this during a meeting at the European Union summit, noting that Ukraine primarily needs assistance in implementing these sensitive aspects.
Zelensky stressed that some sections of the document are secret and concern important issues, in particular, permission to use long-range weapons. “We will, of course, use our own weapons and capabilities, but it is very important that partners also think about how they can help us and continue this support,” the president said.
He called on international partners to promptly provide Ukraine with the necessary assistance to address these sensitive issues, which are critical for further progress in the fight against aggression.
Recall that on October 17, Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at the European Union summit, where he was met by European Council President Charles Michel. This meeting is an important stage in strengthening Ukraine's cooperation with the EU and gaining support for the implementation of the Victory Plan.
