Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has again appealed to the international community to provide assistance to the city of Kharkiv after the devastating attack that took place on May 19. At least 6 people were killed and 16 injured in the morning attack in the Kharkiv region. In addition, 5 more civilians were killed in attacks on the Kupyanskyi district of the Kharkiv region.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the supply of two Patriot air defense systems to protect Kharkiv would fundamentally change the security situation in the city.
He also thanked all world leaders and states that are "acting truly decisively to bring about a just end to the war and the accountability of terrorists.".
