The planet was influenced by a powerful magnetic storm, which, according to scientists, will last at least a week. Its intensity will reach up to 7 points on a nine -point scale, which indicates a serious level of geomagnetic activity.
Experts warn that during such storms there are possible failures in the work of mobile communications, the Internet, satellite and navigation systems. Particularly vulnerable to such failures are aviation navigation and GPS, which can affect both life and commercial transportation.
However, the technique is not the only one who suffers from geoclymatical disturbances. Many people are sensitive to magnetic storms, feeling serious changes in well -being. The most common symptoms include headache, weakness, dizziness, irritability, blood pressure and insomnia. The most vulnerable to changes in weather-dependent people, pregnant women, elderly patients and those who have chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Doctors advise to follow simple but important recommendations during this period:

According to the NOAA Space weather forecasting center, storms of this level are determined by K-index-a scale from 0 to 9. Starting from the figure 5, it is already a serious geomagnetic storm.
Earlier it was noted that increased solar activity is expected during March and early April, so a single burst of storms can be repeated. According to the current forecasts, especially intense days can be March 31 - April 2.
The peak of the storm will come in the coming days. So if you feel changes in mood or health - do not write off everything on fatigue. It is possible that the reason is in space.
