The Mukachevo court made a decision regarding a woman with a medical education who was fined for not appearing after receiving a warning from the head of the TCC. The relevant decision was adopted on May 13 and placed in the court register.
The woman has secondary specialized education in the field of "Medicine", specialty - "Nursing". This makes her a conscript.
On April 9, at her address, she received a signed warning (not to be confused with a summons) from the head of the TCC and a summons with a summons for April 10 to undergo a medical examination. She ignored her.
The action was classified as a criminal offense. The woman admitted her guilt and repented. For this, she received the minimum punishment - a fine.
We would like to remind you that, in contrast to a summons, for non-appearance of which only an administrative penalty is provided (except for non-appearance on a "combat" summons after passing a medical commission), non-appearance after a warning from the head of the TCC is a criminal offense. However, the punishment for it is quite small: the maximum sanction is a fine of 8,500 hryvnias or correctional work for up to 1 year.
In addition, a mandatory condition for issuing a warning is its personal delivery to the conscript (it cannot be issued in absentia).
