Judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Serhiy Zhukov lives in a luxurious estate near Kyiv, which is valued at over a million dollars. The property, which includes two houses, lakes, a forest, vineyards and a wine cellar, is not listed in his declaration, but is registered to friends and acquaintances, which raises serious suspicions about the real owner.
According to Bihus.Info journalists, Zhukov's estate is located on a 4-hectare plot of land. At the same time, the judge did not mention this property in his declaration, claiming that he only rents the house and has nothing to do with the rest of the territory.
Who actually owns the estate?
- Andriy Moskalyov is a realtor from Dnipro, an acquaintance of Zhukov, who owns the house where the judge lives with his family.
- Vladyslav Dmytruk is an entrepreneur from Chernihiv Oblast, who owns plots of land with vineyards that previously belonged to Zhukov's assistant.
- Dmytro Zhornichenko is a close acquaintance of the judge, the owner of land with lakes. Zhukov also transferred his share in the legal business to him.
- Stanislav Zhukov is the son of a judge and owns another house in the estate. Despite being a scholarship student, he purchased the property in 2024 without a clear explanation of where the money came from for the deal.
None of the parties to whom the property is registered has official income that could explain the costs of purchasing the estate. When asked by journalists, Serhiy Zhukov replied that he is ready to undergo an inspection at the National National Insurance Agency and has all the necessary documents to confirm the legality of his income.
However, these explanations do not remove suspicions about the real owner of the estate and the origin of the funds spent on its creation.
