Journalists learned how top-builders helped ex-OPZH to buy Kyiv

The surroundings of the former co -chair of the pro -Russian party of the PPZZ Yuriy Boyko have bought more than a thousand apartments for tens of millions of dollars in Kiev in recent years. As the public journalists found out, there were no others than the top Kiev developers - the former head of Kyivmiskbud, Igor Kushnir, his wife Oksana, Vadim Stolar and Vladislav Molchanov.

These apartments are formally decorated for the Hunter investment fund, which is controlled by Boyko's associates. And, according to journalists, it was thanks to the "special" attitude of developers to this fund of the apartment that they sold almost three times cheaper than market value. Moreover, sometimes half of the residential complexes immediately went to "right hands" under special conditions.

A striking example is the French Quarter Residential Complex, where construction was funded, including through the investment of the Hunter Foundation. This object was developed by Bud Development, which is associated with Vadim Stolar, Igor Kushnir and Vladislav Molchanova. As of now, the Hunter Fund owns half of this company, and the other part belongs to the Kornot Foundation, the formal owner of which is Kushnir's wife.

The cooperation was not only active but also profitable - for example, in the residential complex "Kammerton" the Hunter Foundation bought apartments for 8,000 hryvnias per square meter at a market price of 25,000. And in French quarter 2 - $ 575, while the market was up to $ 1300 per square.

"Over the last 10 years, Boyko's surroundings have purchased at least 1107 apartments through the Hunter Foundation. This is just something that has been documented. According to minimal estimates, the cost of these investments could exceed $ 70 million," the journalists said.

The realtors say that such conditions would not be offered such conditions. It is simply not profitable to sell so many apartments to one client at a discount - it is contrary to the logic of the market. But in this case, it was not about the market, but about political and business loyalty.

Equally indicative are the assets of the developers themselves. The Kushnir family, for example, has a estate on France's azure coast of 850 square meters. m with swimming pool, garden and sea view. The estate on the company of Oksana Kushnir's wife, purchased according to a dubious scheme. The cost of real estate in the documents is € 19 million, but the realtors estimate it at least € 20 million.

Scandals persecute Kushnir for the first year. As early as 2023, journalists reported that Kyivmiskbud land was built by cottages for relatives and people close to Kushnir.

At the same time, the official was removed from the leadership of Kyivmiskbud at the time of inspection. But the greatest resonance was caused by history with his "disability". In May 2023, Kushnir left Ukraine for a medical certificate, after which he conquered Everest with his wife - the cost of such ascent is estimated at least $ 150,000. Such "disability", obviously, did not prevent the highest point of the planet.

All this is another illustration of how real estate in Kiev has become a tool for bleaching money, political ties and implementation of schemes by millions. And if in the queue investors have been waiting for their apartments for years, then for others - the door to the French Quarter has long been open. And preferably at once.
