Journalists told about a fraudulent scheme with apartments in Kiev

In Kiev, a fraudulent scheme for the appropriation of a dead heritage, in which the apartment, which should be transferred to the community, fall into private hands. According to reports on the hotline of the STOPCOR, information appeared that some state notaries and even law enforcement officials may be involved in this "apartment scam".

The incident, which attracted attention, concerns a 3-room apartment on Air Force Ave., 11/15, which was jointly owned by Vitaliy Semeniuk, died on February 12, 2024, and her mother who died in October 2023. After their death, the apartment could go to the territorial community as a dead legacy, but there were reports of attempting to assign real estate.

According to information provided by relatives and acquaintances of the dead, Vitaliy Semenyuk did not have close relatives of the first degree, which would allow housing to consider the dead, that is, who should go into the disposal of the community. However, according to the neighbors, after her death, the staff of the Solomenskiy district police department arrived in the apartment and seized documents certifying the ownership as part of criminal proceedings.

Further, the situation became even more confusing: a man named Chaika Vasyl Alexandrovich was addressed to the house committee to obtain the key committee, who represented the interests of the man of the deceased - Kucher Ruslan Viktorovich. However, according to information from neighbors and colleagues of the deceased, Vitaliy Semeniuk was never married, and she did not mention Ruslan Kucher. The seagull provided a notarized excerpt from the registry confirming the Kucher's inheritance, but no documents were provided to confirm the family ties with the dead or the legality of the re -registration.

It turned out that notary Olga Gritsenko, who certified the document, can be involved in this situation, as she re -formulated the property from Kucher without proper marriage documents or other confirmation of legal rights to inheritance.

This is not the first case of this kind. The journalistic investigation of the StopCor editorial was revealed by other probably fraudulent schemes with housing in Kiev, which could be involved in the heirs and state notaries. The prosecutor's office has already opened criminal proceedings, and the pre -trial investigation is carried out by the Solomensk District Prosecutor's Office.
