According to the information that appeared in his declaration for 2023, on September 22, 2022, the official became the owner of a country house and a plot of land in the village of Hnidyn, Boryspil district, Kyiv region.
According to the declaration, the house with an area of 145.2 square meters. m cost Mikheev 2.77 million hryvnias, and the land with an area of 686 sq. m - 61 thousand UAH At the same time, Mikheev did not specify the exact value of some of his other assets, including apartments, as well as the cars he uses.
In early September 2022, the wife of Volodymyr Mikheev, Yevgenia Mikheeva, received a loan in the amount of 2 million hryvnias from a person named Lyudmila Borysivna Bicher, probably a relative of the official.
Another questionable aspect is Mikheev's cars: in addition to a 2000 Skoda Octavia and a 2012 Toyota RAV4, the official uses a 2017 BMW X5 named after his father. The value of these vehicles is not indicated in the declaration, which is also a violation.
Despite his financial situation, which includes 807 thousand hryvnias of income and 1.3 million hryvnias in bank accounts, Mikheev did not provide all the necessary information in the declaration, which calls into question the transparency of his financial transactions during his tenure.
